EFFORTLESS REPACKING PROCESS

Step 1: Deploy

  • In the event of a fall, the ThermoLatchâ„¢ Energy Absorber activates to reduce arresting forces, protecting the worker and system.
  • Upon deployment, the webbing fibers change from green to red, providing a clear, instant visual indicator that the unit has been activated.

Step 2: Re-pack

  • After deployment, simply repack the energy absorber webbing into its housing.

Step 3: Re-bond

  • Place the packed energy absorber module in a 1200W household microwave for 90 seconds.
  • The proprietary NanoBondâ„¢ fibers realign, restoring to its pre-deployment condition.
  • The webbing color will shift from red back to green once the reset is complete, confirming readiness.
