Fall Protection & Rescue Training
An effective fall protection program involves ensuring your staff are adequately trained to identify and control fall hazards in the workplace. Gravitec offers year-round fall protection training at our facility near Seattle, WA, and select locations across the U.S.
Whether you’re an end user or a professional engineer, you’ll walk away from our courses with the know-how to effectively deal with fall hazards in your workplace. Curriculum is designed to prepare workers and empower them to use available equipment and implement systems to protect themselves.
Each of our courses combines interactive classroom sessions and applied learning in our world-class indoor training facility in Poulsbo, Washington, or at a location of your choice. To address site-specific variables, custom courses can be tailored for different systems and applications.
Gravitec does not endorse specific products or manufacturer product lines. Students are exposed to and have the opportunity to choose from a wide selection of fall protection equipment during training. This allows them to identify the best piece of equipment for their particular task and enables them to form their own opinion of each product.
All of Gravitec’s courses meet the Criteria for Accepted Practices in Safety, Health and Environmental Training, the industry’s highest standard for training published by the American Society of Safety Engineers (ANSI/ASSE Z490.1-2009). They also meet or exceed requirements set forth in OSHA Subpart M, OSHA 1910, and OSHA 1926 and other fall protection standards, codes or regulations.
Gravitec Systems, Inc., is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Gravitec complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognized internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. As a result of this accreditation, Gravitec is authorized to issue the IACET CEU. Upon completion of most courses, Gravitec issues a wallet certificate with photo.
