Release of Attendance Cards and Student Records
Gravitec does not release your training record to anyone other than your employer and yourself. Gravitec does not sell your information or supply it to any source. Your contact information that you put on the course registration is kept in a secure file room and digitally on a secured server.
To request your record(s), call Gravitec System and supply your name with the title and approximate date of the course. Request for changes to the name, title of the course, CEU’s and employer will not be made on the student record. Student records will be released in digital format.
Gravitec Systems, Inc. Instructional staff does not have any proprietary interest in the equipment, documents, skills or content of Gravitec Systems, Inc. courses. To maintain an unbiased and quality training event, all Gravitec Systems instructors are permanent staff of Gravitec Systems. Instructors are not contractors. They are not employed by or have any relationships with equipment manufacturers, distributors, regulators or non-profit agencies other than being a representative of Gravitec Systems. Gravitec Systems Instructors are compensated directly by Gravitec Systems and receive no compensation for the training event by equipment manufacturers or any other source.
What We Ship
We ship everything we offer online with the exception of some horizontal fall protection systems and advanced engineered systems that must be built to your specifications. For more information about these products, call Gravitec’s Engineering Department at 1.800.755.8455. Our full-time staff of engineers are fall protection specialists.
When We Ship
Gravitec’s Equipment Sales Department stocks many products we sell. This allows us to offer same-day shipping for in-stock products on orders placed before 10 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders can be placed at our online store 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They will be processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on a holiday or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Where We Ship
Online shoppers may have their products delivered to destinations anywhere in the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We will gladly take telephone orders for products shipped to international destinations, so don’t hesitate to call us at 1.800.755.8455, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. PST.
How We Ship
Our primary shipping service is UPS. We offer several shipping methods including ground, 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping for customers who need their items right away. PLEASE NOTE: To ensure items are in stock and available for expedited delivery, overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping is by phone order only. To place an expedited order, contact our Equipment Sales Department at 1.800.755.8455.
We do not charge for handling or add other hidden fees to our shipping rates. We strive to offer the most economical shipping rates possible, and frequently re-evaluate our shipping calculations to ensure that our rates are fair and reasonable.
- Our primary shipping service is UPS, but we offer a variety of shipping methods. If you prefer a specific method not listed, please contact our equipment advisors at 1.800.755.8455. During your checkout process, you’ll be able to choose from our range of delivery options to find the one that works best for you.
- For overnight / next day / 2nd day deliveries, orders must be placed prior to 10am PST – please contact Gravitec’s equipment department at 1.800.755.8455 to ensure product availability.
- Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). You can calculate your estimated shipping fee for any product in your Shopping Cart in the Estimate Your Shipping and Tax section.
We call our customers upon delivery of their package(s) to confirm receipt and satisfaction with the product(s) they ordered. When package(s) are shipped, we email the UPS tracking number to our customers so they can track their order if they desire.
We are required to collect sales tax on orders placed in Washington State, California and Michigan. Orders in Michigan are charged a flat tax rate of 6 percent. Sales tax in Washington State and California varies and is determined by destination. In the event that we are not able to retrieve tax rates for a particular destination in Washington State, we will default to the Poulsbo sales tax rate of 8.6 percent. Orders placed outside of Washington State, Michigan and California are not subject to taxes.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. For items that have already been shipped, refer to our return policy.

What Can Be Returned
With the exception of select non-stock items, the products we offer online may be returned.
When Must Items Be Returned
To return a product, contact Gravitec’s Equipment Sales Department at 1.800.755.8455 or via email at [email protected] within 15 days of the invoice date.
How To Return Items
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Gravitec cannot be responsible for products returned without an RMA number. Returned products must be returned in their original packaging and be in re-saleable condition. They may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
How to Obtain an RMA Number
Please contact Gravitec’s Equipment Sales Department at 1.800.755.8455 for an RMA Number. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Gravitec cannot be responsible for products returned without an RMA number. Returned products must be returned in their original packaging and be UNUSED. Returns may be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Shipping For Returns
If a product needs to be returned as the result of an error on our part, we will provide you with our UPS account number. You pay the return shipping for all other returns.
Credit for Returns
We typically issue a credit for returned items but refunds will be provided upon your request.
