Wild Horse Wind Farm
An Eastern Washington sunrise is incredible, especially at 221 feet. From the top of a wind turbine at Wild Horse Renewable Energy Center the sun catches a sea of giant turbines spinning out across the horizon, down to the Columbia river.
But our fall protection trainers didn’t wake up at 2 AM for the views. They spent the day in the confined spaces of the swaying turbine practicing rescue scenarios.
From a tricky redirect in a tight spot to an unconscious climber hanging 100 feet off the nearest platform, wind turbine rescue can be difficult and dangerous.
We created the G4 Rescue & Evacuation System for just these challenges. Our trainers are constantly putting it to the challenge to prove it’s the most versatile wind rescue system available.
