SOUND TRANSIT

Scope: Long-term inspection and recertification of engineered systems across transit stations and O&M facilities.
Services: Z359.6 inspections, documentation, onboarding of new facilities, Competent Person training for field staff.
Status: Ongoing; five-year contract awarded in 2025.

BC HYDRO

Scope: Province-wide fall protection program across generation, transmission, and utility facilities.
Services: Fall hazard surveys, risk ranking, ANSI-compliant documentation, development of a comprehensive fall protection manual, engineered system design, installation of permanent fall protection systems, and delivery of Competent Person, Qualified Person, and Authorized Person training.
Status: Multiple projects completed; ongoing support.

PACIFICORP

Scope: Multi-site fall protection engineering, repair, and lifecycle support across hydroelectric dam, intake, and powerhouse facilities.
Services: Fall hazard assessments, engineered design and replacement of horizontal lifeline, rigid rail, and rigid pipe systems, PE-sealed calculations, system installation support, inspections, five-year recertifications, repair engineering, and as-built documentation.
Status: Active multi-year program.

WEYEHAEUSER

Scope: Multi-site fall hazard surveys, engineering, and training across manufacturing and processing facilities.
Services: Fall hazard assessments, development of engineered fall protection recommendations, system design, inspection support, and delivery of fall protection training to support safe maintenance and operational access.
Status: Ongoing and repeat engagements.

KING COUNTY METRO

Scope: Engineering and installation of fall protection for zero-emission fleet maintenance facilities.
Services: 31 horizontal lifeline systems across 6 sites.
Status: Completed.

CITY OF OKLAHOMA CITY (OCWUT)

Scope: Multi-site engineering, repair, and new installation of fall protection systems for water, sewage, and dam facilities.
Services: System design, Hilti force-fit anchors, ladder climbing systems, and ANSI documentation.
Status: Active contract.

MICROSOFT

Scope: Multi-site fall hazard surveys and engineering support across data center, campus, and critical infrastructure facilities.
Services: Fall hazard assessments, rooftop and equipment access surveys, risk ranking, ANSI-compliant hazard survey reports, engineered fall protection recommendations, system design support, and prioritization to support corrective action planning.
Status: Multiple projects completed across U.S. facilities; repeat engagements.

T-MOBILE PARK (SEATTLE MARINERS)

Scope: Horizontal lifeline and lighting upgrade at major sports venue.
Services: Design and installation of over 1.5 miles of fall protection systems; ongoing training and system inspections.
Status: Completed and maintained annually.

GENENTECH / ROCHE GROUP

Scope: National fall protection program across manufacturing and R&D facilities.
Services: Hazard surveys, risk ranking, ANSI documentation, web portal, customized kits, Competent Person training, rescue standby services.
Status: Active since 2022.

IKEA U.S. OPERATIONS

Scope: Nationwide survey and fall protection implementation across all U.S. IKEA locations.
Services: Surveys, documentation, system design, installation, and ongoing inspection/maintenance.
Status: Completed rollout; ongoing support.

FAA QUALIFIED VENDOR LIST (QVL)

Scope: Nationwide vendor qualification for tower fall protection upgrades.
Services: Compliance design and engineering for GS and RTR tower retrofits.
Status: Qualified for 2024–2029 cycle.

U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION (CBP)

Scope: Tower safety audit and gap analysis for federal agency infrastructure.
Services: Inspection, documentation, SOP review, and tower access training.
Status: Completed 2025.

NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART

Scope: Overhead fall protection above priceless artwork in historic gallery.
Services: Rope access installation, debris net testing, HLLs, SRDs, and custom anchorage.
Status: Completed.

Scope: Global venue safety program and rescue planning for touring and permanent shows.
