RATE SHEET NARRATIVE

Gravitec’s rate sheet establishes standardized labor categories and billing rates used consistently across engineering, consulting, survey, and support services. Rates are published annually and applied uniformly to ensure transparency, repeatability, and defensibility across multi-site programs.

Survey and consulting work is performed by qualified Gravitec personnel assigned based on scope, complexity, and duration of work rather than a single blended labor rate. Applicable labor categories may include Director of Engineering, Senior Engineer, Engineer, Project Management, and technical support roles as required by the task. Travel time is billed as a separate line item using a defined hourly rate and is not embedded within survey labor.

Rates differentiate between standard working hours and overtime, weekend, or holiday work when applicable. This structure allows Weyerhaeuser to clearly understand cost drivers related to scheduling, access constraints, or site-specific requirements rather than absorbing those impacts into generalized pricing.

The rate sheet is used as the foundation for all pricing scenarios presented in this proposal. Site-specific survey pricing reflects anticipated effort based on facility size and complexity, while travel costs are calculated separately using standardized travel estimating guidelines. This approach allows pricing to be evaluated conservatively for planning purposes and optimized through coordinated scheduling without altering underlying labor rates.
