Contractor Qualifications, Certifications,
and Compliance Narrative

Gravitec Systems is a specialized fall protection firm with a singular focus on work-at-height safety. Since 1986, Gravitec has provided fall protection training, engineering, consulting, testing, and equipment support for industrial, commercial, and government clients across North America.

Gravitec maintains dedicated, full-time staff across engineering, training, and field services. Survey work, engineering analysis, and instruction are performed by personnel whose primary responsibilities align directly with those functions, rather than relying on subcontracted or ad hoc resources. This structure supports consistency, scalability, and repeatability across multi-site programs.

ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Gravitec employs licensed Professional Engineers and experienced technical staff qualified to perform fall hazard surveys, system evaluations, and solution development. Engineering personnel are experienced in the application of ANSI Z359, applicable OSHA regulations, and relevant Canadian standards where required. Licensed engineers are available to support projects requiring professional signoff, including coordination for provincial engineering requirements in Canada when applicable.

TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS

Gravitec instructors are full-time professionals with extensive field and instructional experience in fall protection systems and work-at-height practices. Training programs are delivered using established curricula aligned with ANSI standards and industry best practices. Instructor staffing and class structure are governed by defined ratios and capacity limits to maintain instructional quality and safety.

Gravitec is an approved training provider for the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) and delivers training programs aligned with NATE guidelines and industry expectations where applicable. This experience supports work environments involving tall structures, complex access, and elevated rescue considerations.
