WIND TURBINE Train the TraineR
BUILD TRAINERS WHO LEAD AT HEIGHT AND RESCUE UNDER PRESSURE At Gravitec Systems, we don’t just certify instructors—we develop confident, technically skilled professionals capable of training others to work and rescue safely in the most complex vertical environments. Our Wind Turbine Train-the-Trainer course is designed specifically for wind industry personnel tasked with teaching both fall protection and rescue in turbine environments.
This course prepares trainers to address the unique challenges of working in and around nacelles, and towers. Participants leave with a complete instructional system and the skills to teach others how to stay safe in dynamic, high-risk vertical environments.
MORE THAN A CLASS. THIS IS A COMPLETE TRAINING SYSTEM:
- A customizable fall protection curriculum, compliant with OSHA and ANSI
- Instructor manuals, student handbooks, and supporting documents
- PowerPoint Presentations (over 200 slides with hi-res graphics matched to Lesson Plans)
- Evaluation forms, checklists, and performance tracking tools
- Certification credentials recognized across industries
- Ongoing resources to support in-field instruction and compliance
Graduates of the Wind TTT course are trained to teach fall protection and wind-specific rescue, including confined vertical spaces, internal ladder systems, and over-the-edge scenarios such as a fallen technician outside the nacelle.
