TOWER Train the TraineR

  • Tower technicians transitioning into trainer roles
  • Crew leads and field supervisors
  • Safety personnel working in telecom, broadcast, or utility infrastructure
  • Company owners or operations leads managing in-house training

This means that individuals who complete Gravitec’s Tower TTT program are prepared to deliver training that supports NATE-compliant Authorized and Competent Climber programs within their organizations.

  • Completion of Gravitec’s 40 hour Competent Tower Climber & Rescue Course within the past 24 months
  • Minimum of 2 years of fall protection and tower rescue experience (using active tower systems)
  • Prior experience delivering adult, skill-oriented training (e.g. rope access, equipment instruction, field mentoring)
  • Organizations and trainers must sign a Training License Agreement with Gravitec before enrollment
  • Physical ability to climb towers and perform assisted/suspended rescues in tower conditions
