TOWER Train the TraineR
BUILD TRAINERS WHO CLIMB WITH PURPOSE AND TEACH WITH AUTHORITY At Gravitec Systems, we don’t just certify instructors—we develop elite tower professionals who can train others to climb safely, rescue confidently, and lead with technical credibility. This is more than a class. It’s a fully structured tower-specific program that reflects the reality of vertical work on exposed, unforgiving structures.
When you send someone to Gravitec’s Tower Train-the-Trainer course, you’re investing in a complete system built for climbers, not just classroom instructors. Your trainers will leave prepared to lead tower safety programs and deliver both fall protection and rescue instruction at the highest standard.
MORE THAN A CLASS. THIS IS A COMPLETE TRAINING SYSTEM:
- A customizable fall protection curriculum, compliant with OSHA and ANSI
- Instructor manuals, student handbooks, and supporting documents
- PowerPoint Presentations (over 200 slides with hi-res graphics matched to Lesson Plans)
- Evaluation forms, checklists, and performance tracking tools
- Certification credentials recognized across industries
- Ongoing resources to support in-field instruction and compliance
Gravitec’s Tower TTT graduates are trained to teach both fall protection and rescue, lead programs with authority, and ensure their crews understand and implement life-critical systems.

NATE ALIGNMENT
Gravitec’s Tower Train-the-Trainer course is built to meet the most rigorous expectations in the industry—including those established by the National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE). Our program aligns with the NATE Training Standard for Authorized Climber and Competent Climber instruction.
This means that individuals who complete Gravitec’s Tower TTT program are prepared to deliver training that supports NATE-compliant Authorized and Competent Climber programs within their organizations.
Important Note: Gravitec’s training program meets the training components of the NATE standards. However, successful completion of this course does not guarantee that a participant has met all qualifications required by NATE for Authorized or Competent Climber status. It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that all applicable criteria—such as physical fitness, practical evaluations, and work experience—are satisfied before designating an individual as a NATE Authorized or Competent Climber.
