TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSES
Gravitec’s Fall Protection Train the Trainer Program is an intensive 40-hour course designed for experienced safety professionals who want to deliver professional, in-house authorized fall protection training and/or authorized rescue training. Building on a prerequisite five-day Gravitec Competent course (or a successful challenge exam), this program ensures participants have a solid foundation in fall protection and rescue before advancing to trainer-level instruction.
Trainer candidates (students) gain technical knowledge and comprehensive resource materials needed to create and deliver effective training programs. The course emphasizes adult learning principles and incorporates fall protection performance assessment exercises, equipping trainers the skills to verify their students meet the required learning objectives and performance assessment of any course they design or deliver.
All Gravitec Trainers are trained in rescue techniques specific to the environments and equipment used in their classes. Trainers will not place students in any location or scenario without having the skills, equipment, and confidence to bring them down safely in the event of a fall or other emergency.

TRAIN THE TRAINER
This 40-hour course is designed for employers who use rope descent systems and need to train their staff on how to conduct basic rescues. Gravitec’s Fall Protection Train the Trainer Program provides student trainers with the technical knowledge and resource materials necessary to deliver professional, in-house fall protection. Student Trainers are expected to have previous experience using active fall protection systems and delivering skill-based training (i.e. first aid, rope access, vehicle operation, etc.).
