This harness is truly designed for on-rope work. It’s padded where it matters, with great adjustability in the legs and thighs, and flared D-rings where they need to be. Yates has even thought of the little things like lanyard storage break-away rings and accessory loops around the waist. The two-part harness—a traditional sit harness and upper torso support—are connected with a tri-link, which can be replaced with AustriAlpin Power Fly carabiner. Although its step-in design takes some extra effort, it’s worth it to keep the leg loops from coming undone when going into a sitting position.
