To help Weyerhaeuser evaluate project duration, we’ve modeled three completion timelines based on varying levels of team allocation.

Gravitec has a deep bench of qualified personnel and could allocate at least five team members to this effort, allowing site visits and report development to proceed in parallel. Under this model, we estimate the project could be completed in approximately 3 months.

For comparison purposes, we’ve also provided duration estimates based on smaller staffing models. These reflect the same scope but completed sequentially by one or two individuals. As shown, a single-person model would take over a year, while a two-person model compresses the timeline to roughly 8 months.
