Training Sales Representative

Gravitec is seeking a Training Sales Professional to join our Sales Division. This position will be focused on customer driven business development. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, great phone demeanor and people skills are a must as this position requires intensive phone work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective, new and existing clients.
  • Providing clients with quotes, processing PO’s and sales orders.
  • Communicate by phone, email and in person with prospective, new and existing customers.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts along with terms and conditions.
  • Assist in the development of literature and promotional materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to maintain relationships with existing clients while driving new business. 
  • Ability to develop account plans and strategies, manage lead sources.
  • Assist in maintaining integrity of customer data base, ensuring the CRM is updated throughout the sales cycle (ACT! CRM).
  • Willing to integrate with existing sales team and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Ability to manage all areas of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a high level of tact and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly / Full Time
