The Apex from CMC Rescue combines proprietary Princeton Tec optics and a high-output, three-watt Maxbright Rebel LED for an incredibly long-range LED headlamp with 200 lumens of brightness. For wide-area illumination and longer running time, select the array of four ultrabright LEDs. The Apex, which comes with a battery power meter, is currently regulated for constant light output, and the proprietary heat regulation system allows a brighter light and a longer burn time.
